Receive on Personal Address

To receive tokens or NFTs that were sent by username or email to a Personal Address, and not to an Internal Address - the User must link own Personal Address in the Personal Account so that Sputnik App makes changes into the Internal Record

When someone sends tokens or NFTs by username or email, Sputnik App will go to the Internal Record, see that the username or email is associated with the user's Personal Address, and send the tokens or NFTs to the user's Personal Address
