First Web2 sign up

At the first Web2 connection, Sputnik App accesses the Internal Record:

• If the Internal Record does not contain information about usernames and/or email, Sputnik App creates an Internal Address for the User, and records information about the connection of the user’s Internal Address with the connected username or email

• After this, the User gains access to the Personal Account
